SUMMARY:GASSHUKU Intense Aikido Seminar 2020
DESCRIPTION:3 intense days – 5 classes every day\n3rd\, 4th and 5th of July – 2020\nmax 24 participants.\nSCHEDULE\n\n\n\n\nWe start at 10.00 in the morning and plan to fininsh by 17:45 each day.\nWe will practise\, \n\nAtemi waza\, striking and kicking techniques for the use of Aikido.\nTaijutsu\,kihon\, henka and oyo waza\nBokken and jo.\n\n\n\n\n\nHOURS\n10.00-11.00\, 11.15-12.15\, Lunch\, 14.00-15.00\, 15.15-16.15\, 16.45-17.45 \nCOST\nPlease pay before 17th of June to secure your attendance.\nTo ensure your participation please pay attendance fee 600 SEK in advance to Swish 0733152040 or our plusgiro: 8361327-3 (Stockholms Aikidoklubb Iwama ryu).
